Post-harvest Biological Fungicide for Decay Control

Bio-Save 10 LP is an EPA-registered biological fungicide labeled for the control and prevention of several post-harvest diseases on potatoes, sweet potatoes, cherries, pome fruits and citrus.
Diseases include:

  • Fusarium Dry Rot
  • Silver Scurf
  • Rhizophus Soft Rot
  • Botrytis Gray Mold
  • Mucor Rot
  • Penicillium Green Mold
  • Penicillium Blue Mold
  • Geotrichum Sour Rot

Modes of action

  • Enters wounds where disease spores are located and will last in the wounds throughout the storage period (at storage temperature).
  • Once in the wound, the pseudomonas bacterium cannot be killed by surface sanitizers.
