LALFIX LIQUID Chickpea
Nodulates chickpea roots to fix atmospheric nitrogen, and includes two strains for balanced performance in various environments.
Product details
The active ingredient in LALFIX® LIQUID Chickpea is Mesorhizobium ciceri. Mesorhizobium ciceri is known to nodulate chickpea roots and fix atmospheric nitrogen in a symbiotic relationship with the plants. LALFIX LIQUID Chickpea contains two selected strains of Mesorhizobium ciceri for balanced performance in different environments.
Key benefits
- Can be applied on-seed or in-furrow.
- In-furrow delivers a large quantity of Mesorhizobium directly to the soil.
- Apply LALFIX LIQUID Chickpea inoculant in-furrow with a minimum of 10 US gallons of clean, non-chlorinated water per acre and calibrate delivery mechanism accordingly.
- Lallemand Plant Care recommends using an on-seed inoculant along with an in-furrow application of LALFIX® START PULSES GR to increase the rhizobia available to the crop.
- Application rate of LALFIX LIQUID Chickpea in-furrow should be increased if this is the sole form of inoculant.
